Here is a classic online Pomodoro Timer. Four sets with a break in between. 25 min work and 5 min break. Every forth break is a bit longer (15 min).

What is a Pomodoro timer?
A Pomodoro timer is a time management tool that breaks work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. The technique is named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that its inventor, Francesco Cirillo, used in the late 1980s. The Pomodoro timer helps people to work with time, instead of struggling against it.
Pomodoro is Italian for “tomato”.
